Ford’s first (mainstream) foray into full electric motoring, introducing the MACH-E. Controversially they decided to use the Mustang moniker. Throughout the 55 years of its history the Mustang has been an innovator. The MACH-E takes this innovation to the next level. Visually, first impressions barley hint to its heritage, dig a bit deeper and you will notice clear ‘Mustanginess’. Long powerful bonnet, distinctive rear haunches, aggressive headlights, and trademark tri-bar tail lamps. The major difference is that fact that the MACH-E is a family sized SUV appose to the traditional low-slung muscle coupe. Oh, and its full electric! It is no slouch when it comes to hanging with the big dogs of the electric car market (we are looking at you Tesla Model 3). The Standard Range model will give you up to 280miles of WLTP tested range and a 0-60MPH in 8 Seconds. This is not just an ‘Electric Golf’ VW state the future has arrived with the ID range. The styling here is conservatively futuristic and this is a slightly larger car than pricier EV rivals like the Renault ZOE and the BMW i3: it is also a little bigger than a comparable Golf. The 58kWh model we have on showcase will give you 260miles of WLTP range.
Mercedes-Benz EQC SUV 4MATIC
Electric 80kWh 300KW AMG Line Auto
£475.00 +vat P/M – £4275.00 +vat Initial Rental – Business Contract Hire – 10000 Miles – 24 Month
Electric elegance personified. The Mercedes EQC is a large luxury SUV that’s fully electric but it’s very much a product typical of the Three-Pointed Star. It is extremely class-competitive in terms of things like driving range, cabin practicality and charging time replenishment. And arguably segment leading in terms of interior finish and driving refinement. The EQC offers a respectable 252mile WLTP range. Not as much as alternative models in its segment, but you will be spending those miles submerged in Mercedes world renowned comfort and luxury.
