Covid-19 Update from Applied Leasing
Firstly, from all of us at Applied Leasing we hope you and your family are in good health. These are trying times indeed for our country. We have been keeping a close eye on the spread of Covid-19 (Coronavirus) and we have been listening to the updates given from the NHS, UK Government and Public Health England.
The health and safety of our staff is our top priority. We will continue to endeavor to take all actions possible to reduce the risk of infection within our offices. Due to the fluid nature of the situation, we are working on a day to day basis.
Our Principles as a Business:

– To support our customers in every way possible and continue to offer the very best of service
– Liaise with manufactures and finance companies daily to ensure we can relay any updates to customers immediately
What does this mean for you?
In line with government guidelines, Applied Leasing will be making the following changes;
– Applied Leasing will not be allowing any visits on site from customers/funder partners
– Large Investment into Laptops and new state of the art phones have been ordered for employees to ensure they can operate as safely as possible and inline with the GDPR. We will continue to work from the trade premises, until all hardware and software is enabled and secure for isolation, should this time come. Our Privacy Policy will be updated shortly, to include the above changes and security surrounding data.
– New processes and policies have been introduced to limit our employees risks of coming into contact with COVID-19
– Applied Leasing will implement a work-from-home policy for any staff who are at higher risk, or may/have been exposed to anyone displaying symptoms of COVID-19, inline with our privacy policy.
You may have heard the Government request businesses to enable working from home. This isn’t as easy as they imply and is not a quick fix within industries, such as us. We have been working with high profile IT Technicians and companies, to ensure that should Applied Leasing Ltd need to isolate and enable working from home, we are prepared. We have invested a vast amount within the company to facilitate portability, enabling Applied Leasing Ltd to remain open and continue to provide our services. We take Data Protection very seriously and it may take us a few more weeks to facilitate the above. We hope we can remain within our trade premises whilst the above is implemented, however, should we be forced to close and unable to facilitate the above, we will not sacrifice our business model and integrity. Rest assured; we will only go mobile when we know our customers data is secure. A revised Privacy Policy will be visible for all to see prior to our exiting, the premises.
This is an uncertain time for all of us, but I want to reassure you of a few things we are doing on our end. Our offices remain open as do our telephone lines. Applied Leasing, until we receive further guidance from the relative bodies, is open as usual. We will, however, be practicing a considerate amount of social distancing and personal and preventative hygiene.
