Christmas is upon us and 2021 is drawing near.

Back in February, the company achieved a huge milestone by hitting it’s 30^th Birthday, something the company shareholders and board of directors are very proud of. Having been set up in 1990, surviving several testing times, not many could have predicted the challenges 2020 would bring.

That said, our team has worked tirelessly, to deliver a high standard of customer service and continued to offer competitive rates. All businesses, individuals have faced many hurdles this year, including ourselves, while working with reduced staff. We ‘all’ deserve recognition for our efforts during such unpredictable and overwhelming times.

We would like to thank every single one of you, for supporting Applied Leasing through these tough times. We appreciate things may not have ran as smoothly, however, your understanding, patience and support has helped all at Applied Leasing. Your continued business, and the opportunities you give Applied Leasing are greatly appreciated and we look forward to speaking to you in 2021!

We hope you will join us in showing our appreciation to our staff, who have worked tirelessly throughout 2020 to support our customers. Their willingness and determination to help the company throughout these times, has not gone unnoticed and for that reason, we have decided to enforce our Christmas closure. This period will allow our staff, a well-deserved break. Our staff will be ready to serve you, with high customer service levels on the 04^th January 2021.

Throughout this festive period, our staff will have no access to their phones or emails. We urge for you to make contact, well in advance of the 24^th December, to clarify anything you may need.

For many, Christmas will be a time for reflection of good and bad memories. A considerable amount of loss has occurred during 2020, such as loved ones, businesses, livelihoods, and financial stability. As a nation we will grieve, smile, and laugh, during these times of reflection but please remember you are not alone. This year has been tough and social distancing has not made it any easier. Our Managing Director has expressed her wishes to support communities/charities during 2021. Applied Leasing Ltd will be supporting the following charities for the whole of 2021, donating revenue from each order, to 1 out of 4, of our customers chosen charities. The charities chosen will reflect areas of need, following the catastrophic COVID-19 world pandemic and Global Warming devasting natural disasters. We will be running the donations throughout 2021 and updating our blog monthly on our progress. The charities chosen are –

• World Land Trust (1001291 Charity registration)

We urge that you stay tuned to our blogs, which contain vital information with regards to the Motor Industry. We will of course be updating our customers on Brexit negotiations and praying that a deal can be resolved. We hope for minimal impact to yourselves. There is speculation around World Trade duties which could enforce a 10% increase, with regards to import duties. As stated, this is speculation and it is important that our customers understand we are here to assist, no matter the outcome. There will be stock within the UK regardless, and Applied Leasing are happy to transfer all fees paid, to an alternative vehicle which would not attract an increase in import duties.
